As I’ve run my groups, I’ve often heard parents say how tricky it can be to keep their little ones entertained at home—and how easy it is to end up doing the same things over and over again. That’s exactly what inspired me to create this book.

As a mum myself, I know how tight finances can be during maternity leave. That’s why the activities in this book are designed to be either completely free or very low-cost.
