Baby Days Classes – Terms & Conditions

 

 

At Baby Days, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and nurturing environment for all families. As part of our ongoing risk assessments and to remain compliant with any changes in guidance or legislation, it may occasionally be necessary to make adjustments to the format of our typical classes. These disruptions should now be minimal, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during such times.

 

 

 

 

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

 

 

  • All bookings must be made online via our website. By booking a Baby Days class or term, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.

  • Once full payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your booking and the dates included.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct dates and venues are selected. If you notice any errors, please inform us immediately while places are still available, we will do our best to amend bookings where possible.

  • If you accidentally book the wrong class, do not book a new space. Please contact us as soon as possible to transfer your booking. Rebooking online will result in an administrative fee to cancel the extra space.

 

 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

 

  • We regret that we cannot offer refunds or discounts for holidays, illness, or other non-attendance. We will do our best to move your booking to another class where space allows.

  • If your child has a contagious illness, we ask that you keep them at home and notify us of the nature of the illness so other families can be made aware.

 

 

Please do not attend class if your child:

 

  • Has a fever or has had one in the last 24 hours

  • Has had diarrhoea or vomiting in the past 48 hours

  • Has heavy nasal discharge or discharging eyes

 

 

Please do not attend if your child has symptoms of:

 

  • Measles

  • Chickenpox

  • German measles

  • Whooping cough / RSV

  • Impetigo

  • Scarlet fever

  • Hand, foot & mouth disease

  • Norovirus

  • Covid-19

 

 

You may offer your space to a friend if you cannot attend, but please inform us in advance by email or phone.

 

 

 

SUPERVISION & WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE

 

 

  • Children must be supervised at all times by their parent or carer.

  • The class leader cannot be responsible for any child at any time.

  • If you wish to bring an older child to accompany you to the class they must be over the age of 5 this is to ensure the safety of the babies in the class. Older children must sit calmly next to you at all times.

  • If a parent/carer behaves in a way deemed inappropriate or unreasonable, Baby Days reserves the right to withdraw services to that individual.

 

 

 

 

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF CLASSES

 

 

  • We will make every effort to run classes in adverse weather (e.g. snow or ice), but cancellations may occasionally be necessary.

  • Any cancellations will be communicated via our social media pages, email or text, please ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

  • If a class is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered.

  • We do not share your information with third parties.

 

 

 

 

PHOTOS, VIDEOS & PRIVACY

 

 

  • You are welcome to take photos or videos of your own child, provided it doesn’t interfere with the class.

  • Please be respectful and do not photograph or film other children or families without their permission.

  • If asked to stop, we kindly request you do so to respect the privacy of others.

 

 

 

 

PROPERTY & BELONGINGS

 

 

  • Baby Days cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Please keep personal items secure, and do not leave valuables unattended.

 

 

 

 

HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE

 

 

  • Baby Days conducts regular checks of venues and equipment to ensure a clean, safe environment.

  • Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their child at all times.

  • We ask that shoes be removed while in class to minimise germs, non-slip socks are encouraged for children, especially in venues with hard flooring. For hygiene reasons please ensure you wear socks at all times. 

  • Shoes must be worn when visiting the bathroom.

 

 

 

 

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

From time to time, these Terms and Conditions may be updated. It is your responsibility to review them before booking.

 

By participating in a Baby Days class, you acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk, and Baby Days cannot be held liable in the absence of proven negligence, breach of duty, or lack of due diligence.
