When you submit information via one of our online enquiry forms, the information is sent to us via email (rather than being stored in a database). These emails are generally deleted after 12 months unless there is a specific reason for us to retain your email beyond that period.

We store your information securely on our computer system, we restrict access to those who have a need to know, and we train our staff in handling the information securely.

What we do with your information

 If you provide information to us via our contact forms, we will only use that information to respond to your enquiry.

Unless you give us permission to do so, we will not:

  • Add you to any mailing lists

  • Send you correspondence that is unrelated to your reasons for contacting us

  • Share your details with a third party

Contact details such as your home address, telephone number and email address are only used to process, and to aid with the delivery of your order. An example of this would be if the driver needed to contact you in relation to a problem with the delivery of your order.

Credit/Debit card information is only used in the processing of your order, and is not stored beyond the completion of your transaction.

 Sometimes, through Google Analytics, we collect anonymous information that helps us to improve the way our site runs.

We use Google Analytics to examine how people interact with our site, gathering information using cookies. We use this information to improve the way our works and the way we do things online.

We cannot and will not use this information to identify you.

Similar to the majority of websites, this site uses Google Analytics to track user information. We use this data to quantify the number of people who using our site, how they find the site (i.e. organic search, social media etc.) and their journey through our site.

Although Google Analytics records such data as device, location, operating system & internet browser, it does not hold any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Google Analytics does log your computer’s IP address (which could be used to personally identify you), but Google Analytics do not give us access to this.

Google Analytics makes use of cookies, Disabling cookies on your internet browser will disable the ability for Google Analytics to track your visit to pages within the website. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.

Newsletter subscriptions

We would like to contact you in future to tell you about other services we provide and events we may be running, for example, in an email newsletter. You have the right to ask us not to contact you in this way. We will always aim to provide a clear method for you to opt out. You can also contact us directly at any time to tell us not to send you any future marketing material.
