• Full-body baby massage techniques to support relaxation, digestion, sleep, bonding and so much more!

• Festive-themed strokes and routines inspired by winter warmth and Christmas cosiness

• Soothing songs and gentle rhymes with a Christmassy twist

• Connection time in a welcoming space with other parents Each class ends with a peaceful wind-down moment, giving you and your baby time to breathe, cuddle and enjoy the calm.
